“Hamed Saghafi” is an all-in-one market app — gold and coins, currencies, cryptocurrencies, commodities, stock market indices, and an IPO calendar — designed with full respect for your privacy.

Data collection

The app does not collect or share personal data, account information, phone numbers, email addresses, location data, or your saved calculations with the developer’s servers. Your calculations, favorites, and settings remain on your own device.

The one exception is “Send feedback”, which you start yourself; it is described in its own section below.

Internet connection

The app’s core calculations work offline, and you can still enter prices manually when internet access is unavailable. If you use the “live market prices” feature, the app sends an internet request to the public TGJU service — and, if needed, a few backup public services — to fetch up-to-date prices for gold, coins, currencies, cryptocurrencies, commodities (global ounce, oil, metals), and stock market indices. These requests are only used to receive market prices, and the app does not send your saved calculations, personal information, or identifying data.

The app may also send a simple request to the store (Google Play or the App Store) when it opens, solely to check whether a newer version is available, so you can update if you wish.

If you turn on “price alerts” or “new IPO alerts” yourself, the app periodically fetches those same rates or the offerings calendar in the background so it can tell you in time. Those requests only receive data and send nothing from your device; turning the switches off stops all background work.

Home screen widget

If you add the app’s widget to your home screen, the app periodically fetches, in the background, the same prices you chose for the widget so it stays up to date. This is also a receive-only request; no data leaves your device, and removing the widget stops these updates.

Rating and sending feedback

The app may show a short in-app rating card (a 1–5 rating or a yes/no vote) on some screens. Your response is only used to decide whether to show a link to the store’s rating page, and is not separately stored or transmitted; if you follow that link to Google Play or the App Store, that store’s own privacy policy applies from then on.

If you choose to use “Send feedback”, the message you write — and the email address you optionally provide so we can reply — is sent to the developer together with basic technical details (app version, build number, OS version, device model, interface language and which part of the app you were in) so the problem can be looked into.

• Nothing is sent until you tap “Send” yourself.
• No device identifier, advertising ID, serial number or any other persistent identifier is sent with it, and the app does not create a new identifier for this purpose.
• The email address is optional and is used only to reply to you.
• Until a message is sent successfully, what you typed stays on your device only.

Information storage

• Saved calculations and app settings are stored only on your own device.
• This information is never shared with the developer or any third party.
• Uninstalling the app removes this information.

Permissions

Photos / Gallery: used only when you choose “Save to gallery” for an invoice, to write that image. No photos are read or transmitted.

Children

The app collects no data and is safe for general use.

The app may link to the developer’s website and social media (hamedsaghafi.com and Instagram). Following them leaves the app, and those destinations’ own privacy policies apply.
