Privacy Policy

1. What this policy covers

This policy covers the English pages of hamedsaghafi.com — addresses that begin with /en/. The Hamed Saghafi mobile app has its own privacy policy, and the Persian section of the site has its own policy, in Persian.

2. Information we receive

Server logs

Like every web server, ours temporarily keeps technical logs — IP address, time, the address requested and standard browser information — for security and troubleshooting. In internal reports these logs are used only as aggregate counts, and they are never given to anyone.

Live market prices

While a page with market prices is open and on screen, your browser asks our own server for the latest rates about once a minute. These requests contain nothing about you beyond what every web request carries.

Email

If you write to us, we receive your email address and your message, and use them only to reply.

3. Cookies and visit measurement

Essential. Your privacy choice is saved in your browser’s local storage, under the namehs_consent_v1, so you aren’t asked again. It stays on your device, and the Persian pages of the site read the same choice.

Visit measurement. We use Google Analytics 4 with Google’s consent mode, to learn which pages are useful. Until you allow it, only an anonymous, cookieless count is sent and nothing is written to your device. If you allow it, cookies named _ga and _ga_* are stored in your browser for up to two years. Google Analytics 4 doesn’t store IP addresses. Google processes this data under its own policy — seehow Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Your choice. The measurement switch starts off. You can turn it on or off at any time inPrivacy settings, which is also linked in the footer of every page. Clearing this site’s data in your browser resets the choice.

4. Sharing

We don’t sell or rent personal information. Apart from Google’s processing described above, information is shared only with service providers such as hosting, and only as far as they need it to run the site — or when the law requires it.

5. Links to other services

This site links to Google Play, the App Store, Donget and social networks. Those services have their own privacy policies, which apply once you visit them.

6. Keeping information safe

Access to the information we hold is limited, and we use standard technical and organizational measures to protect it. Logs are kept only temporarily, and emails only as long as needed to handle your message. No method of transmission or storage on the internet is completely without risk.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailinghello@hamedsaghafi.com. You can withdraw permission for visit measurement at any time inPrivacy settings.

8. Children

This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Any change is published on this page with a new date.
